We offer free shipping within New Zealand when purchasing Assouline books and selected small accessories. The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout for qualifying items.
For large/bulky items, the base shipping charge will appear automatically at checkout. The final shipping charge will then be quoted after placing your order. This includes all furniture, rugs and fragile or heavy accessories. Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and the combined volume and/or weight of items ordered. Please contact us if you would like a quote for shipping before placing your order.
Order acknowledgement and processing timesOnce you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email and if you have selected delivery, you will receive another email once it has been dispatched along with the tracking details provided by the courier.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. For rural delivery allow an extra 1-2 days. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only - we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the chosen courier service.
Collecting your order from our showroomClick and collect is available from our Auckland showroom. Collections are usually ready same or following day and you will be notified by email once your order is ready to collect.
Change of mind policyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will happily offer a refund or exchange, as long as the product is returned unused in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Should you wish to return your order, please write to us at sales@ligne.nz and we will send you instructions on how to return your order.
Cancellation of orderIf you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please write to us at sales@ligne.nz and we will refund your order at the purchase price less any non-refundable payment processing fees we have incurred. Refunds are only available to the original method of payment used on the order.
Return postage policyThe return of the item(s) is at your own cost and responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a traceable service and take out postal insurance. Please ensure that you return your item(s) with the original packaging and ensure that it is packed safely as we will not provide a refund or exchange if the return is received damaged.
Processing refundsOnce we have received your return, we will inspect the item(s) before advising you by email that a refund has been processed. We will refund your item(s) at the purchase price less any non-refundable payment processing fees we have incurred. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your refund and for the credit to reflect on your account statement. Refunds are only available to the original method of payment used on the order.
